I really love the look of a pretty image coloured with distress inks and decided it was about time I gave it a go.
After five attempts and a lot of frustration, I went to the local art shop and bought the best watercolour paper they had (blimey it's expensive!), a couple of new brushes and had another go.
I finally got something that I was happy enough to post about :) I tried to do the shading around the image, but mucked that up too so ended up paper piecing my image. LOL... I will get there!
This sweet little girl is from Saturated Canary and is called 'Daddy's Girl'. I am entering this card into Saturated Canary's latest challenge - Glamour and Glitz... not a lot of glamour with this card, but there is glitz thanks to the gorgeous glitter tape across the bottom.
