I have admired Kathy Racoosin and her amazing blog for a while now - she makes the most incredible cards. A little while ago she posted a great tutorial on making a background with scraps - you can see it here. I had heaps of fun doing this.
The stamped image is Noah's Ark from Jane's Doodles and the sentiment is from Practicing Creativity.
I am entering this card into the Simon Says Stamp challenge - the theme is Anything Goes.
