I Miss You

I recently got a couple of new Unity stamps and finally got around to having a play :) I have long admired those crafters that using sponging as a colouring technique, so I had a play with this adorable image. It is not as easy as they make it look! Still, for a first attempt I don't think it's horrible, LOL.

The image is called 'Present in my Heart' and I hand made the 'polaroid'. I am entering it into this weeks Friends with Flair on the Unity blog. They are having a great 40% off sale at the moment if you haven't checked it out.

If you have any great sponging tips for me, especially what sort of sponge you use, I would love to know.

Cheers

Jay Gee

Eek, what a sweet Polaroid! How sad that the next generation won't even know what one is. Love this!

Love the feel of this. Don't know what kind of sponge you used, but the textured result is wonderful. And I love the Polaroid as a framing technique.

Total opposite of horrible Judith. I think it's fantastic! Love the way the image is left uncoloured. It kinda reminds me of those 'footrot flats' characters. LOVE it!
