I found some time tonight to make a card for a lady at work who just had a little boy. Everyone at work seems to be having babies! I decided to add a tag so that I could enter it into the latest The Shabby Tea Room Challenge #26.
The patterned paper and sentiment is PTI and the tag is a Tim Holtz fragments. The beautiful teddy stamp is from Inkadinkado.

What a sweet little baby card! I really like the soft blue and black color combo, the checked paper, and the scallops. That bear image is adorable, and the tag hanging from that bow is fantastic, too. thanks for sharing with us at TSTR.
