My kids are in their late teens... I have a hard enough time getting to see them let alone making them sit still for a photo these days :) I was a bit stumped for an idea until it started to rain... the first time in weeks! We live in the Tropics and it is usually hot and sunny. Anyway, I grabbed the camera and after lots of trial and error, finally came away with this.
Now I did play around in Photoshop trying different things. Since I am treating this Photo challenge as a learning activity, I would be really interested in your comments and any tips you might have :)
Thanks for stopping by.

WOW! Judith this is an amazing photo, you ROCK girl!!! hugs!
Gorgeous! I've been pondering "sparkle" all day! No ideas yet. :-)
As for constructive advice, I'm not sure I'm qualified, LOL! Perhaps try a different crop to move the branch out of the centre of the photo (ie. the rule of thirds). I love the out of focus leaves underneath, and I adore that sparkling water drop. I love the colour you've got here, also.
WOW Judith ~ this is totally stunning. I am very impressed with your photo. You have captured the sparkle of the rain drops beautifully.
I think this is a delightful photograph.
This is BRILLIANT!!!
WOW! WOW!! This photo is beyond gorgeous! Love it!
Simply beautiful! Wouldn't change a thing. It's perfect!
Love the colours and the droplets of water! You could try playing around with a few crops, but I think it looks great as it is! So vibrant!
Gorgeous, Judith! A fabulous take on "sparkle". No tips I'm afraid. I should be taking this class too!
